Refund Policy

Registration

In order to order the services, you will be required to register an account.

Refund Policy:

We firmly believe in and stand behind our service 100%, but we understand that it can’t work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are having an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a  refund within 14 days of your original purchase. Make sure Payment fees deducted on the transaction will be non-refundable.

A few conditions:

  1. We cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund. Please ask our Support before requesting a refund for a technical issue.
  2. You will have to provide us access via anydesk or team viewer as needed. If we are still unable to solve the issue in service provided, We will refund it. 
  3. Refunds are processed at the end of the month.

Support Services

Support for purchased extensions is given up to one year after the purchase date.  If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key.
